Kente is pleased to annouce we have a “Resident Referral Program” for any buildings Managed By Kente Property Management. This program is being offered to our current Residents (as of April 15, 2012).

If you know someone who’s looking for a new residence, then tell them about Kente.  All they need to do is fill out an application and provide your name and address for tracking purposes.

Once they are approved and have deposited their first and last month’s rent, it is time for Kente Management to reward you for your referral to our property. Kente Management will issue you a Thank You cheque for $100.00.
